Manager – Greater Brisbane Small Business Advisory Services, Career Employment Australia Inc

Alice is Manager of the Greater Brisbane Small Business Advisory  Service as well as the Brisbane Metro Business Enterprise Centre and is  also rolling out the highly acclaimed AusIndustry program to support  small businesses in the Greater Brisbane region (Redlands, Brisbane,  Logan and Moreton Bay) to; increase collaboration through mentoring and  business development programs; improving digital literacy; improve  business skills and management capability; providing access to business  intelligence and linking business to knowledge networks that link to  global networks and trade opportunities.

Alice is also President of the South West Chamber of Commerce. She  has a passion for small business and regional development, especially to  support businesses to understand the possibilities for growth and  develop pathways to success.  Alice has worked in regional development  previously and sits on the State Board of Economic Development Australia  and is Executive Board member of the Polish Association of Queensland.  Alice has set up the Business Excellence Roundtable initiative in  collaboration with the Lord Mayor’s small business and multicultural  initiatives.
